1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CalSync is a free platform that allows users to create organisations, manage events, and provide iCal calendar feeds for members to subscribe to. The service is provided "as is" and is free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each user may create up to 3 organisations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: creating spam organisations, using the platform for illegal purposes, or attempting to interfere with the service's operation.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (organisation names, event details, etc.). By using CalSync, you grant us the right to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Limits

Free accounts are subject to the following limits: 3 organisations per user, 5 admins per organisation, and 100 members per organisation. Events are unlimited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and organisations at any time.

8. Disclaimer

CalSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will be error-free.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
